In a previous episode, I discussed how the fear of the unknown can prevent us from really experiencing life.

In this podcast, I go further and discuss how misinformation, and even incomplete information can make you anxious and fearful of things. Many times we hear stories in the news that can be overwhelming and stressful for us. This information can reinforce or even lead to our own avoidance of certain things. This can cause you to miss out on really experiencing life. However, you don’t have to be a victim. There is much that the anxiety sufferer can do to end this cycle.
